Delivery Charges & Time
Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT delivery charge, delivered within 2-3 working days.
Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT delivery charge, delivered within 3-5 working days.

Receiving Your Parcel

7-Day Replacement Guarantee
If you receive a damaged or defective toy, you can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.

The toy must be unused (unless the defect appears during normal use), with original packaging and accessories.

How the Replacement Works
After our team verifies the problem, we will send a replacement of the same product. If the same product is out of stock, we will offer an exchange with another toy of equal value or a refund. For verified damaged or defective items, we bear the return and replacement delivery cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened items that have no defect, change-of-mind returns, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.
Refunds
