We want every child to receive a safe and working toy. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

7-day replacement guarantee

If your toy arrives damaged or defective, you can ask for a replacement within 7 days of receiving it.

After we check your photos, we send a new toy of the same item. If the same item is out of stock, we will offer another toy of equal value or a refund. For approved cases caused by our mistake, we pay the return delivery cost.

Cash on Delivery is available. Delivery charges are 80 BDT inside Dhaka (2-3 days) and 150 BDT outside Dhaka (3-5 days). Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details. You must be reachable on the phone number you give us.

5. Returns and replacement

Damaged or defective toys can be replaced within 7 days of delivery under our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Safety and age guidance

Many toys have small parts and are not suitable for young children. Always follow the age recommendation and instructions on the package, and supervise play. Parents and guardians are responsible for choosing toys that are right for their child.

7. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, try to break its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All text, logos, photos and design on this website belong to Sakib Toy or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission.
