Cash on Delivery is available. You can pay the product price and delivery charge in cash to the delivery person when you receive your order. Please keep the exact amount ready if possible.
After you place an order on our website or via WhatsApp, our team will confirm it by phone or WhatsApp. Orders are processed and dispatched after confirmation. Please provide your correct name, phone number and full address to avoid delays.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may happen because of public holidays, bad weather, political situations or courier issues. We will keep you updated and do our best to deliver as soon as possible.

If you receive a damaged or defective toy, you can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.
After our team verifies the problem, we will send a replacement of the same product. If the same product is out of stock, we will offer an exchange with another toy of equal value or a refund. For verified damaged or defective items, we bear the return and replacement delivery cost.
Opened items that have no defect, change-of-mind returns, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.
When a refund is approved, it will be sent through bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer within 5-7 working days.
